Customer Service Advisor

About the role

As Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers across all of our sales channels. You’ll be helping them to complete purchases and helping to put things right when things go wrong.


  • Responding to customer enquiries via Phone, Email and Live Chat
  • Processing and confirming customer orders
  • Processing product returns
  • Assisting with and following up customer service issues
  • Responding to any customer feedback
  • Monitoring marketplace sales channels such as eBay and Amazon to make sure we adhere to strict performance indicators
  • Reporting on KPIs
  • Helping us to improve our customer satisfaction

Required skills

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role
  • Knowledge of performance indicators on Amazon & eBay (ideally)
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Confident and polite phone manner
  • Great communication skills
  • Good at prioritising workload

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays
  • Start Date: ASAP
