About the role

We are looking for an experienced PPC Manager to manage multiple paid search accounts and lead our paid media strategy. With a high level of strategic and budget responsibility, this is an exciting opportunity to have a real impact on a fast-paced, high-growth business.


  • Develop our paid media strategy
  • Manage Google and Bing accounts on a day-to-day basis, ensure we are hitting sales and ROI targets
  • Implement innovative ways of growing our online presence through paid search, shopping and display campaigns
  • Track and analyse performance and provide regular internal reports
  • Work closely with the SEO team to ensure campaigns are complementary
  • Identify new trends in PPC and ensure we stay ahead-of-the-game

Required skills

  • At least 2 years’ PPC experience is essential, with a proven record of driving high levels of growth and managing multiple accounts
  • Results-driven, highly analytical and commercially aware with the ability to report on performance, spot trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent Google Ads skills and experience with Bing Ads
  • Proficient in conducting keyword research to grow campaigns and spot opportunities
  • Experience of bid management tools and techniques, with a strong ability to constantly review and optimise campaigns
  • Comfortable using performance and search tools such as Google Analytics, Merchant Centre, Search Console and Webmaster Tools
  • Great organisation, communication, time management and budget management skills
  • An interest in the automotive industry would also be an advantage

Here’s the specifics

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week (08:00-16:00 Monday to Friday)
  • Holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays
  • Start Date: ASAP
